A path to Inner Calm, or is it really just that?

Welcome to the land of mysteries. Everyone suggests meditation helps calm your mind and improve your mental health. But I beg to differ. If done correctly, it is so so much more than just that. When I started doing the meditation “the right way”, the very first impact I had was an insane focus, leading to insane productivity. And you can achieve that too. And not in 6 months or 1 year, but in just 1 month you can start seeing insane results. You say how? I say keep reading ;-)

My Achievements

I worked for Amazon for 12 years. I don’t know many people who can say I managed to save the company about $1.4B over the course of my work, discounting many small scale projects that I didn’t even consider while doing the math.

Prior to Amazon, as a software developer, I used to deliver a week’s work in a day (sometimes even in a couple of hours).
